Business presentations

Updates, reviews and plans follow familiar shapes. Give your assistant the facts, and Presenter Cue gives you a clean deck in your company’s rhythm.

Step by step: charts from plain numbers

  1. Your AI sends the numbers. Ask for charts and the answer includes labels and values. Presenter Cue draws a bar, line or pie chart from them, in your theme.
  2. Check every value. Edit any label or value in the side panel and the chart redraws. If the assistant used example figures, the title says so: replace them with real ones.
  3. Bar, line or pie. Switch the chart type with one tap and add up to three takeaways beside it, so the slide says what the numbers mean.

Decks that fit the meeting

  • Status update: at a glance, milestones, risks, decisions needed.
  • Quarterly review: results in big numbers, a trend chart, what worked, what’s next.
  • Plan or proposal: the problem, options compared, recommendation, timeline.

Keep your data private

Presenter Cue sends nothing to a server: decks are saved in your browser. What you share with your AI assistant is up to you and your company’s AI policy; use your company’s approved assistant and leave out anything confidential.

Present in the room or on a call

In a meeting room, open the audience window on the screen and keep presenter view on your laptop (Pro). On a video call, share the browser tab or window that shows the slides.

Feeding the AI your numbers, not your secrets

For internal decks, paste only what the assistant needs to build the structure: rounded figures, product names you are happy to share, public facts. Keep confidential details out of the prompt and add them in the studio after pasting the answer. Presenter Cue itself stores decks only in your browser; nothing is uploaded to us.

Consistent decks across a team

Agree on a theme and a few slide patterns (a Big numbers opener, a Comparison for options, a Closing slide with the decision). Share a finished deck’s JSON backup as the starting point; colleagues open it, change the content and keep the look.

Presenting on calls

On Zoom, Teams or Meet, open presenter view, then Open audience window, and share only that window. Colleagues see the slides; you see your notes, the next slide and the timer. Your phone can still be the remote.

After the meeting

Send a PDF (Pro) rather than a link to an editable file, so what people read is what you presented. Add a final slide with the decisions and owners, and it doubles as the meeting record.

Questions

Can I use my company colours?

Choose the closest of the 8 themes. Custom brand themes aren’t available yet.

Can colleagues edit the deck?

Download the backup (.json) and send it; they open it with New → Open a .json file. There’s no shared online editing.

Can we use our company’s colors?

Choose the theme closest to your brand. Themes keep contrast readable on any screen; for exact brand templates, use your company’s PowerPoint template for the final file.

Is it safe for confidential decks?

Decks stay in your browser and are never uploaded to Presenter Cue. Be careful what you paste into an AI assistant, and follow your company’s AI policy.

Can several people edit the same deck?

Not at the same time. Share the JSON backup; each person opens it, edits and shares it back.
