Presenter Cue, PowerPoint and Google Slides

PowerPoint and Google Slides are full design tools. Presenter Cue is for getting from an idea to a clean, presentable deck quickly, with your AI assistant doing the first draft.

0:00 / 0:21 3 steps

Step by step: download PDF, PNG and SVG

  1. Open Download. Pick all slides or just this one, then a format. Everything is made in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
  2. PDF to share, PNG for posts. A PDF has one 16:9 page per slide, ready to email or print. PNG pictures are 1920 × 1080 for social posts, documents and video editors.
  3. Keep a backup. The .json backup holds the whole deck with its pictures. Open it on another computer with New → Open a .json file.

Use Presenter Cue when…

  • you need a good-looking deck fast and the content matters more than custom design,
  • you want your AI to draft the whole thing, notes included,
  • you want your phone as the remote without buying a clicker or installing an app.

Use PowerPoint or Google Slides when…

  • you need exact control over every shape, animation and font,
  • several people edit the deck together,
  • your organisation requires its own templates.

Using them together

Draft and rehearse in Presenter Cue, then download PNG pictures (Pro) and insert them into PowerPoint or Google Slides if a venue requires a file in that format. Note that the pictures won’t be editable there.

A workflow that uses both

Many people draft in Presenter Cue and finish elsewhere, or the other way round:

  • Draft here, finish in PowerPoint or Google Slides: generate the deck from your assistant, edit the content, then download PNG images (Pro) and place them in a PowerPoint or Slides file if your organization requires one.
  • Write there, present here: copy the text of an existing deck into your assistant with the Presenter Cue prompt, paste the result into the studio, and present with your phone as the remote.

When to stay with what you have

If your organization’s decks must use a corporate PowerPoint template, or several colleagues edit the same deck at once, keep using those tools. Presenter Cue is for getting from an idea to a clean, presentable deck quickly, and presenting it well.

Moving an existing deck into Presenter Cue

  1. Copy the text of your PowerPoint or Slides deck, or export its outline.
  2. Paste it into your assistant with the Presenter Cue prompt and the line “Keep my wording; choose a layout for each slide.”
  3. Paste the answer into the studio and add your pictures again.
  4. Check charts: type your figures into the chart values in the side panel.

Speaker notes come across too if you include them in what you copy.
