Who usually needs Pro
If you present from your own laptop and can reach the keyboard, the free studio is all you need. Pro earns its keep when you stand up to speak: your phone moves the slides and shows your notes, presenter view keeps the next slide and your timing in front of you, and a PDF is ready to send afterwards.
Passes don’t renew by themselves, so you can buy a week for a single talk and come back when you need it again.

Is there a free trial?
No, and you don’t need one to decide: making, editing and presenting slides is free forever, and the 7-day pass is a small one-off purchase that doesn’t renew.
Does it renew automatically?
No. You buy a week or a year at a time. Renewing early adds the new time to what you have left.
Do I pay for AI credits?
No. Presenter Cue uses the assistant you already have (ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, free or paid), so there are no credits to buy.
Which device needs Pro?
Only the computer you present from. The phone you use as the remote just opens a page.
How do I sign in on another device?
Use the same name and passcode. There’s no account and no password reset, so keep the passcode file you download.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your decks stay in your browser and everything free keeps working. Only the phone remote, presenter view and PDF/PNG downloads stop until you renew.
