Step by step: download PDF, PNG and SVG
- Open Download. Pick all slides or just this one, then a format. Everything is made in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
- PDF to share, PNG for posts. A PDF has one 16:9 page per slide, ready to email or print. PNG pictures are 1920 × 1080 for social posts, documents and video editors.
- Keep a backup. The .json backup holds the whole deck with its pictures. Open it on another computer with New → Open a .json file.

All slides as PNG or SVG come in one .zip file. PDF pages are 16:9 with one slide each.
Good to know
- Pictures in slides are included in every format.
- The PDF holds images of your slides, so its text can’t be selected or edited. Keep the backup file to edit later.

Downloading one slide or all of them
The Download sheet lets you choose the current slide or the whole deck. All slides as PNG or SVG come in one zip file, with the files numbered in order. A PDF has one slide per page.
Before you share a PDF
- Read it on a phone: many people will.
- Check that placeholders are gone. Search the PDF for “[”.
- Remove slides that only make sense when you talk them through, or add a sentence to them.
- Name the file clearly: the topic and the date.
Made in your browser
Every download is made on your computer. Your slides are never uploaded to make a PDF, which matters for internal or unreleased material.
Printing slides
To print, download the PDF and print from your PDF viewer. For handouts, most viewers can print two, four or six slides per page; choose two per page if people will write notes. Light themes such as Paper and Mono use far less ink than dark themes, and switching theme takes one click in the side panel before you download.
Accessibility of shared files
A PDF of slides is a set of pictures of text, which screen readers can’t read well. When you share slides with a wide audience, send the speaker notes text file alongside the PDF, or paste the slide text into the email, so everyone can read the content.
Questions
Can I open my slides in PowerPoint?
Insert the PNG pictures into PowerPoint or Google Slides, one per slide. They won’t be editable there; edit them in Presenter Cue.
Is PDF export free?
SVG images and the JSON backup are free. PDF and PNG downloads are part of Pro ($10 for 7 days or $99 a year, no auto-renewal).
Can I open the PDF in PowerPoint?
PowerPoint can insert PDF pages as pictures, but not edit them. To build a PowerPoint file, add PNG images of the slides to it.
How big are the files?
A PDF of ten slides is usually small enough to email. PNG images are larger; SVG files are the smallest and sharpest.
